Dalia Varnaitė: “I don’t create fashionable jewellery. I even don’t know what fashion dominates in this area at the moment. It is more important for me an artistic and permanent value of the work. Artist’s work can’t just be nice or just an addition to a dress, a handbag, or a belt. I think you don’t need to look for fashion. You don’t need to ask opinion of your friend or lifestyle manager. I think that jewellery is individual and personal choice. It reflects personality, worldview, lifestyle and even education of a person, who wears it. I think that people, who are looking for exclusivity and originality, choose jewellery in art galleries, or go directly to a goldsmith.”
